White balance is a very important aspect, when it comes to any sort of photography whether it be indoors or outside it can drastically have an effect on your image. Light is measured on a scale of cool to warm the higher the kelvins (K) the cooler the image, and obviously the lower the kelvins the warmer the image is. In order to get the perfect image, the kelvins must be set to the right setting which can vary depending on light source, the usual setting is from 2000K-9000K.

For this lesson we went on a trip to Birmingham, where we were asked to compile an array of images of our selection focusing on street or architecture. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do until the day arrived, but I saw myself taking more and more pictures of reflections. Eventually I was running around like a crazy person in Birmingham, looking for puddles or anything I could find. Im fascinated by how these pictures turned out, and I found this trip to be really enjoyable.
EvaluationI think I have achieved the task we were set, there are various images where architecture is involved in my reflection images. I have also attained the outcome I wanted, with my main focus in my images being to capture reflections however I need to plan before the trip date as I could've taken better quality images had I done the research prior.
